Rewards
Actions students choose will have consequences. Good choices will result in praise and rewards. Achievement points are awarded to students for going above and beyond basic expectations.
Achievement Points
We have developed and implemented a rewards system that is in-line with the college's ASPIRE ethos. Students are able to collect ASPIRE credits for each the ASPIRE letters. Achievement points may be given out by members of staff, these are shared and celebrated in a number of ways.
Consequences
The Consequence System is used when students make the wrong choices. The system is consistent across the school and gives students the opportunity to reflect on their actions and change their behaviour.
Student Reports
Students can be placed on report to their tutor or HOY when there are concerns about their behaviour or attendance
