The schools admissions process is dealt with by West Sussex County Council.

At TBCC, the current Published Admission Number (PAN) is 240 for all Year 7-11 groups.
Applications for admission are considered in the following order of priority:

Looked after children and previously looked after children.

Children who need a place at the school on exceptional and compelling social, psychological or medical grounds.

Children who live in the catchment area with brothers or sisters already attending the school and who will still be there when the child starts.

Other children who live in the catchment area.

Children who live outside the catchment area but within the Borough of Crawley with brothers or sisters already attending the school and who will still be there when the child starts.

In-year transfer applications should be completed through West Sussex County Council.
